How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It depends on where you order:

  • Rest of Europe: 8-15 working days
  • United Kingdom: 5-15 working days
  • USA & Canada: 5-15 business days
  • Central and South America: 5-15 business days
  • Australia and Asia: 5-15 business days
  • Rest of the world: 5-25 business days

What happens if the order did not arrive on its delivery date?

Due to shipping complications, it may vary up to a maximum of 10-30 business days. (See conditions in Shipping Policy)

How do I know what my size is?

In the description of each product you will find size guides and recommendations, with all the measurements and guidelines to be able to select the most suitable size for you.
If you need additional help, please contact us via chat, Instagram or slapwise@outlook.com and we will help you as best as possible.

The product I want is out of stock, will it be back in stock?

If the product you want is out of stock, you can leave your email and comment on the product in "About Us">"Contact" and you will be notified before it goes back into stock!

Can I change or return my order?
Yes, you have a 7-day guarantee to return your order or exchange a size or item.
How do I change my size?
Please contact us at slapwise@outlook.com and we will guide you through the steps.
How do I make a return?
Please contact slapwise@outlook.com with the subject line return + order number and the reason why you want to return your purchase. We will contact you as soon as possible.

Discount code

Where can I redeem my discount code?
Once the products have been added to the cart, a box will appear on the checkout page that says "add discount code".
